A&E “FLIP THIS HOUSE” CONTRIBUTOR QUESTIONNAIRE

INTRODUCTORY QUESTIONS:

 

1. How long have you been flipping properties?
2. What types of properties do you flip?
3. How many residential properties do you flip in one year?
4. What is your average turn-around time per flip?
5. Describe some of the typical problems or issues that you face during a flip?
6. How crazy can it get during a flip?
7. Do you have any partners in your business? If so, who? Describe them.
8. Who is on your staff or crew that helps you flip? (contractors, lawyers, etc.) Describe them.
9. How “hands-on” are you during the flipping process?
10. Describe your management style.
